You see, this explains the entire "assassination" hoax at the White House Correspondence dinner. He's using it to milk the public and fleece the taxpayers instead of his donors to pay for this Ballroom which he said would cost the taxpayers nothing because it would be strictly funded by his donors, well, I guess his donors cheaped out at the end and now they want the taxpayers to fund it instead. He's now asking Congress for $1 Billion to build it, he's doubled the size, and used a fake crisis to make the case to build it and his underground bunker in case shit hits the fan on American soil and he and his cronies need to hide somewhere.
