Army raises Enlistment Age to 42

Is this one step towards reinstituting a draft? They have increased the voluntary enlistment age to 42, I guess they need more people, but will it be long that voluntary turns to "mandatory"? After what we saw with COVID and the vaccines, we saw how that went. It too, went from voluntary vaccination to mandatory vaccination, so, the same could be said for a Military Draft.
